  • Croatia: Free shipping on all orders.

  • European Union: Flat rate of €30 per order.

  • All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you would like to use a specific courier service, please let us know at checkout — we’re happy to accommodate your preference whenever possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we kindly ask you to choose carefully before placing your order.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size or change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vintagefurs.eu / instagram.com/vintagefurs.eu DM so we can assist you.

  • All coats are thoroughly inspected before shipping, and any signs of wear are clearly described as part of their unique vintage character.
